Thinh & Leah
July is one of my favorite wedding months, probably because that is the month in which I married myself and working on bouquets with the hot sticky summer weather always reminds me of my wedding day. Leah, who is my husbands cousin had a very simple vision, white flowers, lots of greens and lilies (they were the flower that Thinh always bought for special occasion). They got married on a hot afternoon at St . Joan of Arch Catholic Church, which is STUNNING on the inside and then the reception was held at Percell Friendship hall located on the grounds of the Milton S. Hershey School. As you can see in the pictures below the whites and greens jumped off the deep blue dresses like a dream. And although I don't use lilies too often in bouquets because they can be a bit fussy, they stole the show. It is not often that I get to see my flowers walk down the isle, but I did that day and the thanks from Leah and Thinh reminded just how lucky I am to do what I love.
